Back to School Wellness
No matter if your kids are heading back to in-person schooling or hanging out at home to complete their schoolwork, they still need us to help them care for their bodies. Here are a few healthy habits you can adopt to help support them (and you) during this season…
- Serve more raw fruits and green vegetables.
- Get outside and play!
- Get adequate amounts of sleep.
- Limit processed sugars.
- Increase water intake.
- Get quality vitamins, minerals, and pre- and probiotics daily.
