ESSENTIAL OIL TOPIC + DIY PROJECT
This month we will be focusing on oils for allergy + sinus relief. There will be some essential oil education followed by the DIY where you will make:

SALT CAVE SESSION
Additionally, each person will participate in a 45 minute group salt cave session that will benefit your respiratory system, help with relaxation, and boost your immune system among many other benefits.
