D-Link is a non-profit support group run by medical students at the Jacobs School of Medicine for teens ages 11-15 living with Type 1 diabetes in the
WNY area.

D-LINK MEETS MONTHLY AT ROTATING LOCATIONS AROUND BUFFALO.

*This event will have SPECIAL GUEST: personal trainer Georgia to lead the kids through a movement session*

These in-person T1D Connections program allows families of children 5-11 years of age and their caregivers to meet once a month. Supervision of the children is provided, as well as games and activities. The parents/caregivers will have guided conversations in a separate space.

  • Ask questions
These meetups are run by local Breakthrough T1D volunteers who either have Type 1 themselves or have children with Type 1.
