Happy November!

The air in our lungs, the sun rising every morning, the stars filling the sky every night, our friends, our family members, our homes, our jobs, even our oils - we have SO much to be thankful for! Don’t we?

I’ve got something fun for you to try this month. Each morning, I want to challenge you to take a few minutes and think about 3 things you are grateful for. Write them down and focus your energy on them as you go about your day. Take note of how your attitude and demeanor may change as you continue to do this throughout the month.

Emotional Clearing Session

The act of emotional clearing is to clear your mind and body of any negative emotions. This is a hands on partner session (bring someone you feel comfortable with) using the power of essential oils to recognize, release, forgive, and replace negative emotions and emotional disbeliefs that you may be holding on to, causing dis-ease in the body. We will be walking you through a series of thoughts and affirmations while your partner assists you in applying oils to help you clear any negative emotions. You will leave this session having had a personal emotional clearing, having performed an emotional clearing on your partner, and having made a DIY essential oil roller customized to your personal session. Negative emotional trauma wreaks havoc on our bodies and it is important to release it so we can move on and live a more fulfilled, happy, healthy life.
