Looking for oily information or education on a specific topic? You can now access free education right to your phone via text! Register for the seasonal text menu mailing list and you will receive a text once a quarter with the new seasonal text menu.
These menus will have keywords that you can text in to learn more about a specific topic (ie. kids, pets, diffusing, DIYs, etc). All you have to do is text in the keyword and you will have instant access to a wealth of knowledge on the topic. The information will come to you in the form of one text containing a link to a webpage.

After evaluating sales volume and other trends, Young Living has decided to discontinue the Savvy Minerals lineup.
A recent analysis revealed that while customers love YL as an essential oils company, they prefer to purchase cosmetics from traditional retailers.
As we say goodbye to Savvy Minerals, here is what you can expect to happen:
- Savvy products will remain available while supplies last.
- Any Savvy products currently listed as out of stock will not be restocked.
- We anticipate we will sell through our inventory of Savvy products by Summer 2023.

Pilot: Win-Back Campaign
We’re excited to pilot a targeted win-back campaign in the U.S. market that will run February 27–March 7!
Win-back campaigns are an industry best practice designed to re-engage with those who haven’t purchased in a while and motivate them to make a purchase.
In this initial test, we’ll reach out to U.S. Customers who haven’t placed an order in nine months through a series of targeted emails and retargeting ads in English only. We’ll offer them a special limited-time discount (non-transferrable and for one-time use) to entice them to make a purchase.
We’ll gather data on how this campaign performs and use it to refine and optimize future campaigns, eventually expanding the strategy to support translations and other markets.
Below is a quick summary of what you can anticipate with this pilot campaign:
- February 27, email 1: We missed you! Here’s 10% off everything sitewide, just for you!
- February 28, email 2 (If they didn’t order from the first email): Last chance to save 10%!
