What you can expect from the class:
- We will discuss what the chakras are, how to tune into them, + tools that you can use to connect/balance them
- We will do a guided chakra cleansing meditation
- We will make 7 mini roll-ons that you take home with you. These roll-on's include specific essential oils and crystals to help balance the chakras
